Sleep.


Sleep is necessary even if your having bad dreams at night.
Sleep is necessary even if there's a big exam tomorrow and last minute studies are the habit you can get off with.
Sleep is necessary.

But sometimes we just don't want to sleep.

And I have never felt so afraid of losing consiousness. And i have never been so afaid of being alone.

No, i'm not afraid of ghost.
No, I'm not afraid of my nightmares.
I'm just afaid of my thought.
And i'm just afraid of myself.
